Pachydakis Anastasios was born in Athens in 1973. He studied at Varvakeio Model School and in 1990 he started studying in the Medical School of the University of Athens, after his first attempt at the National Exams. Once competed the mandatory rural service at the area of Istiaia in Evia, as well as the military service and his specialization year in General Surgery, he went to Great Britain to specialize in Gynecology and Obstetrics. He returned to Greece in October 2009 after completing the basic and special training in Obstetrics, Infertility and Assisted Reproduction and Laparoscopic Surgery and worked as a trainee (SHO), Consultant B' (Specialist Registrar) and Consultant A' (Senior Registrar & Locum Consultant) in major hospitals of London such as St George's hospital, the King's College hospital and the Homerton University hospital for more than eight years.
In Greece he is engaged in the fields of Obstetrics and Gynecology, in which he has recognized expertise of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, so as to be able to provide high quality evidence-based care adapted to the temperament and the pace of life of each patient or pregnant. Today, he is integrated in the Laparoscopic Surgery team of "IASO" hospital and he offers IVF services in the unit of "Embryogenesis".
